I’ve actually found this country club project interesting. Not, mind you, interesting in the sense that someone should invest in it, but rather interesting in terms of the possibilities and the history. I’ve now spoken both with a sales representative from Flamingo Lakes and a sales rep from a nearby development (one that is already developed, has been relatively quickly established, and is well-built-out as I have visited it myself), and think that the subject merits more research.
