Serbia enacts Citizenship by Investment Program
I’ve spoken to a representative of this program and it appears the pure citizenship by investment portion of the program is in effect, though the investment by real estate portion has not yet been instated. This program may offer very interesting possibilities to those interested in purchasing real estate in Europe and at the same time obtaining citizenship.
